RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We aim to provide the best customer experience to our Users beginning from placing an order to initiating a return. While transacting on the Btrust Platform, you can expect a hassle-free experience in returning the Product that you have ordered and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination.

This cancellation, return and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms sets out our procedures and policies in accepting Product cancellation, return and refund thereof.

APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

  •  By agreeing to use the Btrust Platform and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Btrust Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Btrust Platform.
  • Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your return, refund or cancellation of an order for Products on the Btrust Platform. Every time you wish to use the Btrust Platform, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

TERMS FOR CANCELLATION POLICY :

You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to issuing and processing of the invoice in relation to such Products by us. Orders cannot be cancelled once the invoice has been processed and issued.

In case you change your mind in relation to a particular order of the Products, you may cancel the placed purchase order, by referencing the unique tracking identity number (which enables the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products) received by you from us and requesting us to process a cancellation by sending an email to care@btrust.co.in or call us at 7669178662.

On receipt of the cancellation request prior to issuing and processing of the invoice we shall cancel the order and initiate the refund for the Products within 15 (fifteen) business days from the receipt of the cancellation request from you. The money will be refunded to the payment mode that was used to place the order. All refunds, shall be subject to applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank/ financial institution.

RETURN POLICY :

You can initiate the request for return, only for the select pin-codes, 

 

HOW TO DO RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing.

Use a bubble sheet wrap to secure and protect the box and products inside. Enclose your invoice inside.

Also, enclose any BTRUST Collectible gift items or any other free gift items (such as bras/Panties etc) you received with your order under various promotions.

If you choose to not return the returnable gift items as well, then a nominal charge against these items too will be deducted from your refunded amount. The deductible amount per gift item will be mentioned on your invoice.

Please note that returns cannot be processed if any of the items including returned gift items are found to be in used or damaged conditions or with tags missing. or if any of the accompanying gift items are missing.

 

UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS CAN I REPLACE OR RETURN THE PRODUCT?

1. Wrong product delivered

2. Expired product delivered

3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging

 

UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS RETURN/REPLACEMENT REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR BTRUST PRODUCTS

1. Opened/ used/ altered products.

2. Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

3. You can return/ replace your order within 7 days of its delivery.

 

WHAT ARE THE ITEMS/SERVICES THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED? 

1. For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs, panties, or shape wear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that includes panties.

2. Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards and gift wraps.

3. No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.

4. Certain sale events or offers will not covered under our standard return/exchange policies. Their terms will be defined and mentioned separately.

5. Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled or are incomplete.

6. The gift items received by you can not be exchanged.

REFUND POLICY :

1. If you return/cancel an order, the paid price of the product will be refunded back to you. However shipping charges are non-refundable and hence shall not be refunded.

2. The value of the refunded amount will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase.

3. In cases where customer has arranged the return at their cost, we will add Rs 50 to the refund amount. courier return charges of up to Rs 50 will be added to the refundable amount. You The customer will be required to send us the courier receipt. The management reserves the rights to deny this amount.

4. If you received any of the gift items with your order, please return them as well for full refund. Should you choose to keep the gift items, a nominal charge per gift item will be deducted from the refund amount. This deductible amount will be mentioned on your invoice. 

5. In case of refund or credit being issued for other reasons, we will take minimum 2-3 days from the date of the receipt of request from the customer.
